【Entering the park ・parking】

Tell them your name and the group 'Family Summer Camp' at the gate of Yamano Ie. Then you can receive the parking card as you are told. ( If they give you a different parking card, please ask them to change it for the right one)

【Transportation Car】

If you have applied in advance as a transportation car, you can stay in the park for 30 minutes. But if you stay over 30 minutes, they may charge you an extra fee. There is a tendency to take more time especially on the last day after the camp, please come for pick up after the camp is supposed to finish.

【Entry】

On entering the building, please leave your luggage at the lobby and go down the stairs to the shoe boxes. Then change your shoes and leave your outdoor shoes and enter the building. (shown in the map) Men can leave their shoes in the shoe boxes from 302 to 304. Women can leave shoes in the shoe boxes from 401 to 404.【Registration】On entering thte building, please move your luggage at the lobby to the central open space. The luggage should remain there until after the 1st session is finished. So please take what you need for the 1st session and valuable items with you to go to the room 'Suzuran'. The registration time is 13:00-13:30. Please receive your name tag.

【Rules in the cafeteria】

Please wait in front of the cafeteria in line 5 minutes before the meal time. It is a buffe style meal. Please do not raise your tray as you serve your food on your plates. You are not allowed to bring in any food nor drink into the cafeteria. Also, you are not allowed to take any food nor water from water server out of the cafeteria. After the meal, please put the chairs under the table, and put away your plates according to the instruction.

【Trash】

Please take all your trash with you. We can arrange the trash in the meeting room so the participants with cars can take them home. But each person is supposed to take their trash back home.

【Drink】

We will prepare Barley tea with kettles. There are vending machines for drink. But when the temperature is high, water or tea may be sold out and only some soda and coffee may be available. We recommend that you will prepare water or some drink for the camp.

【Concerning bringig in games】
You are not allowed to bring in any electronic games and stuff, or game application of smartphones. This is a camp full of spiritual blessings. Let us keep distance from the things of the world and focus our hearts on God and receive many blessings from the Lord.

◆In each session, there may not be a clear ending so as not to hinder the spiritual flow. In that case, please feel free to leave the place with your own judgment, considering your situations and health.

◆About the free time 16:00-17:20 on the 2nd day, the dormitory is only open to those who want to rest quietly. (also availabe for those who stay just during the day) Please refrain from entering the dormitory if you are not resting. If you need to pick up some thing in the dormitory, please do so as quietly as possible.

◆The bath time is basically limited to the schedule. However, the shower itself is open from 11:00 am - 10:00pm. And the bath is open from 4:00pm - 10:00pm. If you wish to take a bath outside of the schedule for some reason, please feel free to consult the staff. ( The staff will arrange the appropriate time for you since other groups are also using the bath)

◆If you are a room leader, please take your room members after the 1st session is over and pick up sheets and pillow cases to the rooms. Also please check up the rooms after the cleaning when it is time to leave.
